Vanegas Lifts Stallions to 6-4 Win
San Antonio shortstop Victor Vanegas was a significant contributor in his team's 6-4 triumph over the Cottage City Cannonballers. He was 2-4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Stallions. San Antonio has now won 6 games in a row.

Vanegas had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 2-2 fastball from Felix Marquez, he banged a 3-run home run to center, giving the Stallions a 5-3 lead. It was the 5th home run of the year for Vanegas.

Afterward, Cottage City manager Danny Mendez said: "We've hit a rough patch."
