With Josh James leading the charge, the Huntsville Rockets defeated the St. Catharines Blue Jays, 15-5. James went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Rockets. The winner was Huntsville reliever Paul Dolezal, now 1-0. The loser was David Damian. The win for the Rockets raised their record to 17-12.

With Huntsville leading 4-3 in the top of the fourth, James hit a fastball from David Damian for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Rockets ahead, 7-3.

"It felt good to put the barrel on the ball," said James.
