Blue Jays Win, Capitano drives in 5 runs
St. Catharines took on San Antonio in front of a lively crowd.

Due in large part to designated hitter Kevin Capitano, the St. Catharines Blue Jays sunk the San Antonio Stallions, 13-4. Capitano was 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 5. Cesar Escobedo, the winner, goes to 5-0. He allowed 4 runs on 4 hits, with 3 walks and 8 strikeouts over 8 innings.

With St. Catharines leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Capitano hit a run-scoring single off San Antonio hurler Corey Alexander. It was the 7th hit of the season for Capitano and put his team ahead, 2-0.
