Rockets Score Late to Beat Trolls, 5-4
The Rockets earned a hard-fought, 5-4 win in 13 innings at Trolls Field. To do so required withstanding a fine effort from Tyler pitcher Bobby Williams. Williams went 5 innings and allowed 2 runs. Doug Voeller earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record is now 2-0. Tyler, with the loss, is still a robust 11-4.

Chris Hartfield came through with a big-time hit for Huntsville. The designated hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the 13th inning to give his team the lead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"It never gets old," said Hartfield. "Winning, that is."
