Suns Pull Off Thrilling 6-3 Win in Extras
Aurora Suns starter Justin Trunzo was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Traverse City Bears, 6-3. The Suns bumped their record to 77-58 with this win.

Aurora used the timely hitting of Nolan Lazarus to seize the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run single in the top of the tenth inning to put the Suns on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Our team showed some gumption," said Lazarus. "I like it."
