The Libertyville Polecats got production up and down the lineup while beating the Washington Wildthings, 14-2. One standout was first baseman Jordan Rubio. Rubio went 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Libertyville is now 54-64, while Washington is 24-94.

David Robinson had a big 2-run home run for the Polecats in the bottom of the second inning. "We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Robinson.
