Mermen Suffer 3-1 Setback
In a low-scoring game between the Libertyville Polecats and the Corpus Christi Mermen, pitcher Conroy Hill was masterful on the mound. The Libertyville right-hander spearheaded his team's 3-1 win. Gabe Thomas finished the game for Libertyville and earned his 4th save. Libertyville, with the win, sits at 37-79.
