Castano Leads Yard Dogs to 13-4 Win Over Suns
The Mobile Yard Dogs powered past the Aurora Suns, 13-4, at Mobile Grounds. Humberto Castano provided some of the pop. He was 3-4 with 2 home runs and a triple, while scoring 3 and driving in 3. Mobile pitcher Jesse Aggas got the win, upping his record to 7-6. Sean Gary got the loss. The first-place Yard Dogs have a one-game lead in their division.

The Yard Dogs got an important contribution from first baseman Ernie Johnson, who in the bottom of the first punched a first pitch fastball to center for a 3-run home run. It was his 7th home run of the season and put the Yard Dogs ahead, 4-0.

"We've got a great group of guys," Johnson said, "and we're having fun right now."
