Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at EBDBBNB Park.

The Encinitas Eskimo Brothers handed the Traverse City Bears a sound defeat, 11-3, at EBDBBNB Park. George Foote was a main contributor to the win. He went 2-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for Encinitas. Now 18-62, Traverse City has lost 12 in a row.

In the bottom of the 2nd, Encinitas took the lead on a 2-run single by Danny Lucena. At the time, the Eskimo Brothers were trailing 1-0, but Lucena's hit with two outs against Traverse City pitcher Pat Potter put them in front, 2-1.

"It was great to come out and swing the bats," Foote told the Encinitas Daily.
