Fighting Quakers Keep Chugging, Win, 6-1
Andy Swift, who is tied for 8th in the StC in wins with 4, imposed his will on the Bruins from the get-go. Relying mainly on his changeup, the left-hander spearheaded the 6-1 Quebec triumph. Quebec currently is in first place in the Stripes Conference West Division at 29-16.

The Fighting Quakers got a big at-bat from first baseman Ben Leonardi. For the game, Leonardi was 1-4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the third, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 10th home run of the season gave Quebec a 3-1 lead.

"When you put in the effort and you get really focused, the results come in ways you're not even expecting," said Fighting Quakers manager Jeff Gray.
