Z's Win Squeaker, 9-8, Over Indians
The Ann Arbor Z's defeated the Dillonvale Indians in 11 innings, 9-8, in part because of right fielder Rocky Ruschak. Ruschak went 4 for 6 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Z's. Jayson Wagner snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-1 on the season. Brett Johnson suffered the loss. The slumping Indians have lost 11 straight.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With two out, Ruschak hit a fastball from Brett Johnson for a run-scoring double. The Z's, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
