The Randolph Prairie Thunder banked on Tony Espinoza and he turned in a masterful performance. The right-hander kept the New Rochelle hitters in check. The final score was 3-1, Prairie Thunder. Pedro Rodriguez notched his 3rd save of the season. The win gives Randolph a record of 22-4.

Matt Gaylord had a direct impact on the outcome. Gaylord contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the first inning to put Randolph up, 2-0.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Espinoza told the Randolph Bulletin.
