Pilots Losing Streak at 8 After Extra-Inning Loss to Oaks
The Orono Oaks faced a tough opponent in Denver pitcher Casey Levy, but found a way to pull out the victory at Pilots Ballpark by a final score of 5-4 in 10 innings. Levy went 5.1 innings and allowed 2 runs. Orono, now 18-6, is setting the league on fire so far.

Orono used a timely hit from Jay McBurney to get the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Oaks ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

Denver manager Byung-sik Lee, after yet another defeat, said: "Just different when you have that swimming feeling in your cranium. It's difficult to focus."
