Peterson Slugs Indians to 6-2 Win
The Dillonvale Indians beat the Walnut Park Bobcats by a score of 6-2. Dillonvale first baseman Matt Peterson deserved the lion's share of the credit. Peterson hit 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Indians. Ruben Lopez picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Eddie Sarabia suffered the loss. Bill Roderick earned the save for Dillonvale.

Dan Richardson drove in one run for Dillonvale. The 24-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the third. With two out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring hit-by-pitch off Eddie Sarabia. It was his 10th RBI of the season.

Richardson called the win "a pick-me-upper."
