New Rochelle Rallies for 4-2 Win
The Purple Wave grabbed a win, 4-2, at Toros Ballpark, overcoming a fine effort from Quebec pitcher Miguel Berrios. Berrios went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. The winner in relief was Brian Breen. He is now 2-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. With the loss, Quebec falls to 1-7.

New Rochelle used a timely hit from Dave Acosta to get the win. The pinch hitter stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Purple Wave ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Acosta.
