Aces Use Late Score to Top Pilots, 3-2
In a low-scoring tilt between the Quebec Aces and the Denver Pilots, 33-year old right-handed pitcher Nate Briceno was the difference-maker. The Quebec right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. The Aces, now 3-1, have played some good baseball in the early going.

The Aces got a clutch hit from catcher Josh Grimes. In the bottom of the 14th, he hit a run-scoring single to left-center, to win the game for the Aces.

"We were determined to pick up this win," said Briceno.
