Starting pitcher Jason Seymour pitched well enough to help the El Paso Chupacabras beat the Hartford Matadors, 8-4. The win puts El Paso at 68-57 this season.

El Paso used the timely hitting of Brandon Titus to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 18th inning to put the Chupacabras on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"I was trying to do what I do, go out there and compete," said Seymour.
