Riding the 3-hit performance of the former first round draft pick David Hollick, the Fremont Marshalls defeated the Montreal Canadiens, 10-1. Tim Peters was credited with the save for Fremont, his 2nd of the season. Fremont has a record of 78-43, placing them first in the Stars Conference West Division.

Fremont took the lead in the top of the fifth when Hollick hit a grand slam home run. His 20th home run of the season made the score 4-0, Fremont.

"Nice to keep our winning streak intact," said Hollick.
