Stampede Win Nail-Biter in 12

The Lubbock Stampede racked up a win at Reagor Dykes Stadium, bumping off the Fremont Marshalls, 4-3, in 12 innings. Edgar Minero, who started for Lubbock, pitched effectively for his team. Justin Gravely claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. His record stands at 1-3. With the win, Lubbock has a record of 66-46. Fremont falls to 73-39.
The Stampede got a clutch hit from catcher Zach Troyer. In the bottom of the 12th, he hit a run-scoring single to left, to win the game for the Stampede.
"We couldn't have scripted it any better," Troyer said in his postgame press conference.
