Lasers Rally Late to Clip Laredo
The Nashville Lasers wiggled past the Laredo Ghosts, 6-5, at Ghosts Ballpark. The win was highlighted by the performance of Nashville center fielder Marcos Valle. The Lasers improved their record to 59-55 with the win over Laredo.

Nashville won the game in part because of Josh Engelke. The center fielder ripped a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Lasers ahead, 6-5. For the game, Engelke had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

When asked about his performance after the game, Engelke said: "Like everyone else, I'm just doing my job."
