Chupacabras Flatten Muskies, 11-1

At Chupacabras Stadium, the Glendale Muskies and El Paso Chupacabras were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
The El Paso Chupacabras used an offensive barrage to beat the Glendale Muskies, 11-1, at Chupacabras Stadium. Fred Hernandez led the way, going 2-for-5 for El Paso. Jesus Fernandez earned the win to go to 7-5. He allowed 1 run on 5 hits, with 4 walks and 8 strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work. Sean Gary earned his 1st save in 1 chances.
Hernandez had a big hit for El Paso with two out in the bottom of the third. With El Paso leading 2-1, Hernandez hit a 3-run home run. It was his 12th home run of the season and put the Chupacabras up, 5-1.
"The Chupacabras definitely had our number," said Glendale manager Jon Greenberg.
The win puts the Chupacabras at 60-47, while the Muskies drop to 50-57.
