The Montreal Royals got a stellar performance from pitcher Mark Stuart, who handcuffed the Joilet offense en route to a win, 3-2, at Turtles Ballpark. The Royals have an impressive 56-26 record.

In the bottom of the second inning, left fielder Jose Argueta had a solo home run for Montreal. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Royals on top, 3-2.

"Mark did a good job mixing and matching," said Montreal manager Bobby White.
