Glendale Rallies to 5-3 Win
The Laredo Ghosts could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Vic Lucero into a win. Instead, the Glendale Muskies prevailed, 5-3. Lucero threw 7.0 innings of 6-hit ball. Glendale, at 34-43, holds down 5th place in the Stars Conference West Division.

Glendale used a timely hit from Jesse Reimann to get the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Muskies ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

Reimann called the win the result of "everyone being in sync."
