Ghosts Snatch Late-Game, 2-1 Win

Well, that's how to end a game in style.
The Fremont Marshalls could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Greg Brando into a win. Instead, the Laredo Ghosts prevailed, 2-1, in 13 innings. Brando threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball. The last-place Ghosts own a record of 26-49.
The Ghosts got a clutch hit from center fielder Brandon Hund. In the bottom of the 13th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Ghosts.
"That was fun, that was just good baseball," said Hund.
