Behind a fine performance from Brent Hauke, the Laredo Ghosts knocked off the Montreal Canadiens, 6-4. Hauke went 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Ghosts. Laredo has won 7 straight, while Montreal has lost 3 in a row.

Hauke had a game-changing home run in the top of the seventh. On a 1-0 fastball from Jay Gerbitz, he banged a 3-run home run to center, giving the Ghosts a 5-2 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Hauke.

"We just try to have good at-bats, whether we're winning, losing, or tied," said Hauke.
