The Glendale Muskies faced a tough opponent in Nashville pitcher Aaron Lasco, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Lasers Ballpark by a final score of 6-5. Lasco went 5.1 innings and allowed 2 runs. Micah Brown picked up the save for Glendale, his 2nd of the year. With the win over Nashville, the Muskies improved to 31-40.

Glendale used a timely hit from Chris Alexander to get the win. The shortstop stroked a 2-run double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Muskies ahead, 6-5. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"Very pleased with the effort on our side," said Alexander.
