Laredo got a strong outing from Vic Lucero as the Ghosts defeated the Nashville Lasers, 1-0, at Ghosts Ballpark. Ethan Yarbrough got credit for the save for Laredo. It was his 11th of the year. The Ghosts now own a record of 35-27.

Jake Hamill was 1-2 for Laredo. The 27-year old center fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the second. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Aaron Lasco. It was his 32nd RBI of the season.

"It's nice to deliver when your team's counting on you," said Hamill.
