Ghosts Earn 6-4 Win Against Muskies
The Glendale Muskies could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Josh Hamilton into a win. Instead, the Laredo Ghosts prevailed, 6-4, in 11 innings. Hamilton threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. Joe Iverson picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-7. Ivan Medina was tagged with the loss. The Ghosts, at 27-28, have now won 6 straight.

Laredo used a timely hit from Keith Martin to get the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Ghosts ahead, 5-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

Laredo manager Josh Miller called it "a good, solid win."
