Tight Tilt Goes to Ghosts, 3-2
In a tight tilt between the Laredo Ghosts and the Baxter Springs Marshals, Vic Lucero was the deciding factor. The Laredo right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Nick Thompson finished to wrap up his 5th save. Laredo, at 17-36, occupies last place in the Stars Conference West Division.

In the bottom of the second, 25-year old catcher Dale Hendrix hit a 2-run double. The 1st double of the season for the Laredo catcher put the Ghosts on top, 2-1.

"Vic had swing-and-miss stuff," said Laredo manager Josh Miller.
