Despite a fine performance by third baseman Corey Pryor, the Laredo Ghosts lost to the Little Rock Governors, 6-5, in 11 innings. Pryor was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. Little Rock occupies last place in the Stars Conference East Division at 19-34.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Zach Williard? The 23-year old left fielder Williard stroked a 2-run double in the top of the 11th inning to put Little Rock up, 6-4. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.
