Baxter Springs catcher Nick Rastall played a vital role in his team's 3-1 conquest of Hartford. He went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Baxter Springs. Jeff Adams, now 2-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 4 innings. Ian Denham closed out the game, earning his 1st save.
In the first inning, Rastall had a 3-run home run for Baxter Springs. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Marshals on top, 3-0.
