The Fremont Marshalls topped the Joilet Jesters, 8-7, in 10 innings. Fremont second baseman Charlie Harrison, in particular, was impressive. He was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Jonathan Reeher claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record stands at 2-0. The win puts Fremont at 12-4.

The decisive moment came in the bottom of the tenth for Fremont. That's when Mario Aguiluz hit a run-scoring double off 27-year old right-handed pitcher Sean Rowe to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We've got a great group of guys," Aguiluz said, "and we're having fun right now."
