Quebec Win to Pull Even With Orono
The Quebec Aces and the Orono Oaks will take the League Championship Series to a decisive 7th game. Facing a must-win situation, the Aces shut out the Oaks, 3-0, at University of Maine Stadium to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Quebec right-hander Brent Stedronsky did his part. He threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball.

Stedronsky was in the zone all game. He frustrated Orono hitters while giving the Aces 7 innings of quality work. Stedronsky threw 104 pitches, allowing 1 hit and getting 6 punchouts.

"Brent doing his thing just hyped us all up," said Quebec manager Arturo Rivera.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at University of Maine Stadium in Orono.
