Road Win Lifts Mexico City to 2-1 Lead in WS
With starter Phil McIntosh leading the charge, the Mexico City Aztecs crushed the Glace Bay Miners, 10-3, in Game 3 of the World Series. McIntosh threw 5.2 innings allowing 3 runs at Miners Memorial Park as Mexico City breezed to a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Bill Gonzalez hit a 2-run double off Peter Hoster in the top of the fifth, which put the Aztecs in front, 5-3. In addition to the double, Gonzalez had 1 single, while going 2 for 5.

"I like our moxie," said Aztecs manager Dan Martinez.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Miners Memorial Park in Glace Bay.
