Naranjo, Nationals Wallop Mounties in Game 2 of WS
Jacksonville catcher Oscar Naranjo was the difference-maker for the Nationals in what turned into a shootout with the Moncton Mounties. Naranjo earned accolades after going 3-for-6 in the 19-1 Nationals win. With the victory, the Nationals moved into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-7 series.

Naranjo had a key at-bat in the top of the fourth to put Jacksonville in front, 5-0. With the bases loaded, he hit a grand slam home run off Moncton pitcher Alex Hernandez.

"If the personal accolades come, so be it," said Naranjo. "I just want to win ballgames."

Game 3 is scheduled for Monday at Nationals Park in Jacksonville.
