Nicolopoulos Blasts Admirals, Partons Take Game 2, 6-4
The Dollywood Partons knotted up the Division Series at Dolly Parton Ballpark, thanks in large part to center fielder Paul Nicolopoulos. Nicolopoulos went 3-4 with a home run, a triple, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times as he overpowered the Barrie Admirals, enabling Dollywood to grab the 6-4 win and move into a 1-1 tie in the best-of-7 series.

Dollywood took control in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, Oscar de Leon hit a run-scoring single to make it 5-4, Partons.

"It feels a lot better to be tied than to be behind, even if it is only one game," Dollywood manager Adam Freeman said.

Game 3 is scheduled for Tuesday at Stadia de Leones in Barrie.
