Huntsville Hands Glace Bay 7-0 Loss
|
The Huntsville Rockets got a strong performance from pitcher Paul Dolezal, who stymied the visiting Glace Bay Miners en route to a win, 7-0, in Game 2 of the Division Series. The Miners could never get a bead on the right-handed Dolezal, who threw 6.2 innings of shutout ball. The Rockets now hold a 2-0 in the best-of-7 series.
The Miners had little chance against Dolezal, who overpowered Glace Bay hitters and struck out 10.
"Feels good to get the job done," Dolezal said after the game.
The next game is set to be played for Tuesday, September 16th , 2025 at Miners Memorial Park in Glace Bay.
