The Fremont Marshalls saddled the Montreal Canadiens with a loss at Hedgehogs Park. The final score was 4-2. Jaiden Jones was 2 for 4, including 1 single and 1 home run. The Fremont left fielder scored 1 run and drove in 3. Jonathan Reeher, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 1st save. Fremont goes to 8-3.
Had Jones not come through in the bottom of the eighth, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Jones hit a 3-run home run. The Marshalls took the lead, 4-2, and never looked back.
