Stars Walk It Off for 40th Win of Season
Steve Parson was a major contributor to the 6-4 Hollywood win over Santa Fe. The Stars shortstop went 5 for 5 with a home run and 4 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The last-place Stars have a record of 40-54.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Parson hit a fastball from Lorenzo Sanchez for a 2-run home run. The Stars, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," Parson told the Hollywood Gazette. "Whatever it takes."
