Pivotal Game 5 Goes to Host Werewolves, 5-4
London first baseman David Cabrera was the key at Werewolves Ballpark, as he powered the Werewolves to victory in a critical Game 5 of the Division Series. The Werewolves took the 5-4 win over the Mexico City Aztecs to seize a 3-2 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Menlo Park, California native David Cabrera had a clutch at-bat in the bottom of the eighth for the Werewolves. With London trailing 4-3, he hit a 2-run home run.

"We were the better team," crowed Cabrera.

The next game is set to be played for Saturday, September 14th , 2024 at Tony Gwynn Stadium in Mexico City.
