Ciervo Blasts Werewolves, Aztecs Take Game 4, 8-5
The Mexico City Aztecs knotted up the Division Series at Werewolves Ballpark, thanks in large part to first baseman Jeff Ciervo. Ciervo went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 as he overpowered the London Werewolves, enabling Mexico City to grab the 8-5 win and move into a 2-2 tie in the best-of-7 series.

The result might have been different, had it not been for 23-year old third baseman David Keith. Keith had a bases-clearing double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Aztecs ahead, 8-5. For the game, Keith had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Things broke our way today and that's great," Aztecs manager Tony Velez said. "It's important, though, to stay focused and not pat yourself on the back too much. We aren't done yet."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Werewolves Ballpark in Jonesboro.
