At the age of 20, the Johnson County Community College left fielder has been named the winner of the ABA Junior College Most Valuable Player Award.
He had a .354 batting average and a .416 on-base percentage this year. In 50 games he piled up 69 hits, 25 doubles, 2 triples, 5 home runs, 34 RBIs and 33 runs scored.
