The San Bernardino catcher gave it his all and dominated Chuluota Imperials pitching at Ballpark of San Bernardino, finishing with a great 5-for-5 line. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Imperials going home the winner, 18-11. "There's no point gloating about a 5-hit day in a loss," Hernandez said. "A loss just means you should have done more. Maybe I should have hit 5 home runs instead."
