Weatherhead Makes Record Book, Slams 4 HR Thursday, April 15th , 2021 Nothing could stop Noel Weatherhead -- certainly not the Buffalo Bellflowers pitching staff. The 20-year-old first baseman for the Plymouth Rockers sent 4 baseballs soaring out of Wegman's Field and made his name a part of history. Behind his barrage, the Rockers earned a win, 7-6, over the Bellflowers. "In the standings, a loss is just a loss, but this one was frustrating," Bellflowers manager Andy Perez said later. "He clobbered us." Weatherhead's dream game included 4 hits in 4 at-bats, 4 homers, 6 runs driven in and 4 runs scored. "I know all the stories are going to be about me today, and that's OK," Weatherhead told the press in the locker room after the game. "Next time, it'll be one of the other guys." Noel Weatherhead hit a two-run home run off R.J. Eisen in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off R.J.
