Thrashers Pitching Ravaged by Milligan Friday, August 15th , 2025 Billy Milligan really sizzled at the plate in his team's 16-6 win over the Haviland Thrashers. The Crystal Lake third baseman blistered Haviland for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Milligan was too tough to get out today," the Thrashers skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Billy Milligan singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
