Best Pitcher Picked by Northern Conference Monday, July 1st , 2024 This month when the Buffalo manager wrote the name "Sotelo" on the lineup card, he was confident that he would get a good start out of him. Outing after outing in June Omar Sotelo took command and usually got the win. He dominated with a 4-1 mark and 1.52 ERA in 5 starts, piling up 41.1 innings and 37 strikeouts and holding opposing teams to a .224 average. For his superb performance Sotelo was named the Northern Conference Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers.
