Earthquakes Heading to League Championship Series Monday, September 14th , 2020 Orlando de Jesus sparked his Ft. Wayne Earthquakes past the pesky Chuluota Imperials in a closely-contested Division Series. Ft. Wayne topped Chuluota 6-2 at Imperials Ballpark to decide the series, 4-1 For his efforts, de Jesus was rewarded with the series MVP trophy for his .444 batting average, 8 RBIs and 5 runs scored. "You never want to leave anything on the field," de Jesus said. "You never want to miss a play of defense you could have made, or give up an extra base you could have gotten, because in a series this tight you never know what you'll need to win." The Ft. Wayne Earthquakes don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Jacksonville Nationals - Riverside Wolverines series. Riverside leads the series 3 games to 2.
