Red-Hot Hickson Scorches Sunchasers Thursday, July 2nd , 2026 Nick Hickson had an answer for everything the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers threw at him at Earthquakes Stadium. The Ft. Wayne first baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Earthquakes a win, 21-0. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Hickson said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Nick Hickson flied out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Marco Hernandez in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
