Super Swinger -- Massey Slams 5 Hits Friday, June 27th , 2025 All game long, Lincoln's Tim Massey was rattling the walls at Franklin Park and banging out base hits against the Franklin Cubs. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Princes had a win, 12-6. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 21-year-old first baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Tim Massey walked in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
