Tom Donnelly Injured, Out for Season Tuesday, July 11th , 2023 The season is finished for Tom Donnelly of the Buffalo Bellflowers. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Bellflowers reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Tiverton Colonels. Team doctors said it would take at least 12 months to heal. During this season, Donnelly has delivered 0 saves. In no relief appearances, he has 43 strikeouts in 49.2 innings with a 4.35 ERA and 2 wins and 4 losses. |
